How to Access the Academic Calendar

The Academic Calendar provides important dates for your course, including semester start and end dates, census dates, and key academic deadlines.

The calendar is regularly updated and available through the Excelsia website and ExO.

Access via the Excelsia website

Step 1

Go to the Excelsia website: https://excelsia.edu.au/

Click Current Students at the top right of the page

Scroll down and select Calendar under More Information for Current Students

Step 4

Choose the calendar for your School or course

Access via ExO

Step 1

Log in to ExO: https://learn.excelsia.edu.au 

Use your Office 365 student email and password

Step 2

From your dashboard, click the Academic Calendar tile

This will take you to the Academic Calendar page on the Excelsia website.

• Make sure you select the correct calendar for your course or School
• Dates may change, so check the calendar regularly
• The website always contains the most up to date version
