How do I apply for a course transfer?

PURPOSE

You can use this form to request an internal course transfer from your existing course to a new one at Excelsia College. You should have first consulted your current Head of School and the Head of School of the new course before completing this request.

ELIGIBILITY

This request should be made prior to the new course starting. Any request made after a course has already begun will be unlikely to be approved. You may still be required to submit further evidence or sit an interview after this request is processed.
