How do I request an articulation advancement?

PURPOSE

Please complete this form if you need to apply for advancement in course articulation. It is expected that you have already completed your current course or are in the final semester of your course, to be considered for articulation.

Fill in the required information about your course and click ‘Submit’ when you have finished.

Please note that if you submit this application while you are still completing the final semester of your course, the decision will be dependent on the successful completion of all final units, including any mandatory practicum hours.
