How do I receive my official transcript?

PURPOSE

Please use this form to request a copy of your official transcript.

You can obtain a free summary of your results through your enrolment portal (Paradigm). Please read the article here to access and download your summary of results.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a cost of $50 for one copy of your transcript.

If you require this to be posted internationally, there is a $30 charge.

PROCESSING TIME:

Applications will be processed within 5-10 working days.
