How do I request a refund?

PURPOSE

You can use this if you are requesting a refund for fees or other monies paid to Excelsia College.

You will need to update all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) and attach all relevant evidence before submitting the form.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This is a request only. You are not entitled to a refund until your request has been processed.
• If you are requesting a refund because you are withdrawing from your course, you must complete the Course Withdrawal Form first, otherwise your refund will not be processed

PROCESSING TIME

Your refund will be processed within 4 weeks of receipt of your completed refund application if all the required documents are provided.
