Accessing Your Student Email Account

Your Excelsia student email is the official communication channel used by the University College.

All important information about your studies will be sent to this email, so it is important that you check it regularly.

• All academic and administrative communication will be sent to your student email
• Emails are not sent to personal email accounts, except in exceptional circumstances
• You may choose to forward your student email to a personal account
• You are responsible for ensuring email forwarding is set up correctly
• Missing important emails due to incorrect forwarding is the student’s responsibility

Ways to access your student email

Option 1, Office 365

1. Go to: https://www.office.com/ 
2. Sign in using your Excelsia student email and password
3. Select Outlook to open your email

Option 2, Direct Outlook access

1. Go to: https://outlook.office.com/excelsia.edu.au 
2. Sign in using your student email and password

Option 3, Access via ExO

1. Log in to ExO: https://learn.excelsia.edu.au 
2. Click Sign in with Office 365
3. From the dashboard, click the Email icon

You will be logged in automatically through Single Sign On, so you won’t need to enter your details again.
