Reporting a hazard

Have you noticed a possible hazard on campus?

A hazard can be anything that you feel may endanger another person's safety, such as a sharp object or glass, a slippery floor, or an exposed electrical wire.

In such a case, please fill in the 'Hazard Log' form found here.

This form can then be submitted either to a WHS Committee member, the Registrar's office, or to the Director of People and Culture.
